Privacy assurance to your clients:
To assist you in complying with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act related to privacy, Drake provides an option to print a Privacy Letter with each return. Additionally, Drake offers you the option to modify this letter to meet your particular needs/preferences. As an alternative, you may want to include your privacy verbiage in your regular client letter that accompanies the return.

Privacy assurance from Drake to you, our customers:
When using Drake's tax software, you may communicate some of your client's information to us when electronically filing their return, requesting a bank product for them, or requesting technical assistance from Drake in preparing their return. Drake Software does not disclose any of this non-public personal information of your clients or former clients to anyone, except as instructed to do so by you, your client, or as required by law. We restrict access to this non-public personal information to those employees necessary to perform the functions mentioned above and we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your non-public client information.
