Instructions For Using The Drake Software Knowledge Base
In the Search On field, enter the item you are
searching for. Be simple and concise, allowing the search engine to find as
many entries as possible.
When
entering multiple keywords in the Search On field, use the Boolean Search
Method. This method utilizes "and/or" connectors. For example, entering
"mail 8633" in the Search On field searches for all entries
with the words "mail 8633". Because these two words may not be listed
consecutively in an entry, you may find zero results. Entering "mail and
8633" searches for all entries with the words "mail" and "8633".
Entering "mail" or "8633" searches for all entries with
the words "mail" or "8633".
If you are interested in all of the entries on a particular Category, you may
leave the Search On field blank, and change the drop-down box to that
part of the program. For example, if you choose "Corporation", the
search will find all the entries pertaining to the corporation part of the program.
If you are interested in all of the entries for either Federal issues, or a
specific State, you may leave the Search On field blank, and change the
Fed/State drop-down box to the desired state.
The Category drop-down box refers to different Categories to search on.
Using the criteria in this box will help narrow your search.
The Fed/State drop-down box refers to either Federal or State programs.
Use this field to narrow the search to entries pertaining to a specific state,
such as "Alabama" or "Kentucky".
Click the Search button once you have selected your search criteria.
Click the Back button to refer to the previous search.
Entries that match your search criteria will list on the screen. To access a
particular entry, click the numbered button to the left of the listing.
